Our Company

Cogerimo is the result of a real estate management family business which has been active on the Brussel’s market since 1950. The company manages a portfolio of some 100.000 m² office space distributed throughout 15 buildings.

We provide our customers (owners and tenants) with all real estate services relating to office accommodation.

Main areas covered are :

• Supply of a wide range of accommodations for office spaces
• Negotiation of lease agreements
• Assistance and support for the layout of office space in the buildings that we manage including handling of extensions and alterations
• Administration and technical management of the accommodation leased.
